What we collect when you book, why we need it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
Only what is needed to hold your appointment:
- Your name — so we know whose appointment it is.
- Your phone number — to confirm the appointment and reach you if anything changes.
- Your email address — optional, and only if you give it.
- Anything you write in the notes box — optional. If you tell us about an allergy or a sensitivity, we use it only to keep your treatment safe. You are never required to give it.
- The appointment itself — the service, date and time you chose.
Who sees it
Only the salon. We do not sell it, share it, or hand it to anyone else.
This site runs no advertising trackers and no analytics. Nothing you do here is reported to Google, to Meta, or to anyone. The fonts are served from this site rather than from someone else's, so no outside company is told that you visited.
If we send you a confirmation on WhatsApp, that message goes through WhatsApp like any other message.
Cookies
The booking pages set no cookies. Your language choice is remembered in your own browser and never leaves your device. A cookie is used only inside the salon's own admin area, to keep the owner signed in.
How long we keep it
Appointment records are deleted automatically two years after the appointment date. We do not keep them indefinitely.
Having your details removed
Ask us and we will delete your record. You do not need a reason, and there is no charge. Contact the salon by phone, or on Instagram, using the details at the bottom of the booking page.
You can also cancel an upcoming appointment yourself using the reference code you were given, under “My booking”.
Keeping it safe
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Appointment details are held in a hosted database that only the salon can reach, behind a password. The admin area is not open to the public.

ما الذي نجمعه
فقط ما يلزم لتثبيت موعدك:
- اسمك — لنعرف صاحب الموعد.
- رقم هاتفك — لتأكيد الموعد والتواصل معك إذا تغيّر شيء.
- بريدك الإلكتروني — اختياري، ولا نأخذه إلا إذا كتبتِه.
- ما تكتبينه في خانة الملاحظات — اختياري. إذا أخبرتِنا عن حساسية أو أي حالة، نستخدم ذلك فقط للحفاظ على سلامة الجلسة. ولستِ ملزمة بذكره.
- تفاصيل الموعد — الخدمة والتاريخ والوقت الذي اخترتِه.
من يطّلع عليها
الصالون فقط. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة أخرى.
هذا الموقع لا يستخدم أي أدوات تتبّع إعلاني ولا أي تحليلات. لا يتم إبلاغ جوجل أو ميتا أو أي جهة بما تفعلينه هنا. والخطوط محمّلة من الموقع نفسه، فلا تُعلَم أي شركة خارجية بزيارتك.
وإذا أرسلنا لك تأكيداً عبر واتساب، فإن الرسالة تمرّ عبر واتساب كأي رسالة أخرى.
ملفات تعريف الارتباط
صفحات الحجز لا تستخدم أي ملفات تعريف ارتباط. ويُحفَظ اختيارك للغة داخل متصفحك فقط ولا يغادر جهازك. أما ملف الارتباط الوحيد فيُستخدم داخل لوحة إدارة الصالون لإبقاء صاحبته مسجّلة الدخول.
مدة الاحتفاظ
تُحذف سجلات المواعيد تلقائياً بعد سنتين من تاريخ الموعد. نحن لا نحتفظ بها إلى الأبد.
حذف بياناتك
اطلبي منّا الحذف وسنحذف سجلك. لا تحتاجين إلى سبب، ولا توجد أي رسوم. تواصلي مع الصالون هاتفياً أو عبر إنستغرام، والتفاصيل في أسفل صفحة الحجز.
ويمكنك أيضاً إلغاء موعد قادم بنفسك باستخدام الرمز المرجعي الذي حصلتِ عليه، من خلال «موعدي».
حماية البيانات
يعمل الموقع عبر اتصال مشفّر. وتُحفظ تفاصيل المواعيد في قاعدة بيانات مستضافة لا يصل إليها إلا الصالون، ومحميّة بكلمة مرور. ولوحة الإدارة ليست متاحة للعامة.
